Nestled in Cumbria, and once you get yourself a parking spot (bit hit and miss) the actual attraction is wonderful regardless of your age.
This is an inside exhibition which continues outside where you’ll find a great play area – perfect for rabbits and little children.
You’ll get to see plenty of Potter’s personal effects, book extracts and beautifully placed objects. The house is transformed into Peter Rabbit’s haven and small children (up to around 45 years of age) will love its charm.
There are paintings and drawings that Potter has done herself, original furniture and in the garden you could imagine Peter Rabbit was just about to appear.
It’s not huge yet could spend a good two hours inside and if you head to the playground and have kids who want to play, well you could be there for some time.
Tip: Go early to get a parking space.
