Go Wild – Free your body and mind

Another inspiring book suggested via Psychologies magazine and Action for Happiness.  We’ll be discussing this in our January Happiness meet-up.  However even if you can’t make that date (we’ll be discussing it via Skype), this book is still worth a read.

The journalists outline the mental and physical benefits of living more like our hunter-gatherer ancestors.  Making reference to our current day issues such as: high blood pressure and obesity and also inactivity, they write of how “evolution has hard-wired health to happiness”.

A great book to kick start the new year.  Be good to hear what you make of the book, once you’ve read it.
