Planning your day productively

The way to make the most of your day and to have more chance at ticking off those goals or To-Do lists is to manage your day productively.  Here’s a way to do just that.

With this free downloadable form you can schedule in the core tasks that you need to focus on first.  You can also split the tasks between home and work tasks.

At the top of the form you’ll see the focus has been placed on what will impact profit.  If you’re running a business this is obvious.  If you’re running a home think of this as money saved that can be put aside for those luxuries.

It’s important to schedule your key appointments yet it is also equally important to enter ‘flexible’ time. This covers those unexpected tasks such as meeting preparation.  You’ll want to also consider the time you spend on marketing your business, or bettering your knowledge through training.

Some may see this detailed planning as time consuming in itself yet the more you do it, the faster it will become.  It will also ensure you are as productive as possible.

By completing this as your last daily task you will already be equipped for a resourceful day ahead.
