- Marmite or crunchy peanut butter
- Avocado sliced
- Scrambled egg
On a slightly warm wholemeal/brown wrap lightly spread marmite or crunchy peanut butter (spreads easily if the wrap has been grilled for about 10-20 seconds each side).
Add the sliced avocado and scrambled egg, and hey presto, quick and easy light lunch or supper.
The marmite or peanut butter adds some extra protein or B vitamins and more importantly, helps the wrap stay wrapped due to the slightly sticky consistency.
